Booking & Scheduling
You can schedule directly through our website using the "Schedule Now" (link to scheduling button - which will be attached from API/scheduling tool (will provide soon) button, call our customer care team, or request a quote first if you'd prefer. We offer flexible scheduling options including one-time cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services.
No, many of our clients provide access instructions so they can return to a beautifully cleaned home. We have secure protocols for key handling and home access. However, we're happy to clean while you're home if you prefer.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Magnolia & Marble Cleaning Services, we understand that life happens. However, we also believe in being fair to our dedicated team members who rely on a consistent schedule. To ensure clarity and fairness, we ask that all clients adhere to the following policy:
Cancellations:
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, we allow one courtesy reschedule, which must be used within two weeks of your original appointment date.
Missed or Late Cancellations:
If you do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance, and do not reschedule within the two-week window, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled clean. This ensures we can still compensate our team for their time and commitment.
Our cleaners’ schedules are set and confirmed 24 hours in advance. Out of fairness to them, we cannot make exceptions beyond what is outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting their time.
Services & Pricing
Our pricing is customized based on the size of your home, frequency of service, and specific needs. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. You can receive an instant quote through our website by providing details about your home and cleaning requirements.
Yes, our team arrives with all necessary premium cleaning supplies, equipment, and products. We use HEPA filter vacuums and microfiber technology to ensure effective dust removal. If you prefer we use specific products already in your home, we're happy to accommodate if provided.
We want you to love your clean! If something doesn’t feel right, let us know within 24 hours. Share a quick photo, and we’ll come back within 2 business days to re-clean the area at no cost. Our team also takes before-and-after pictures so you can feel confident your home was given the detailed care it deserves.
Special Circumstances
We love pets! Please let us know if you have pets so our team can be prepared. We take special precautions to ensure pets remain safe and secure during cleaning, including being careful with doors and using pet-friendly products when needed.
All items of value that are non-replaceable, one-of-a-kind, sentimental value, collector items, discontinued patterns, family heirlooms, and high cost crystal-china-ceramic items must be disclosed to us. These items cannot be cleaned due to insurance regulations.
Magnolia & Marble Cleaning Services will not be liable for items broken or damaged due to product wear-and-tear, nor damage to or caused by fixtures that are not properly secured such as pictures, mirrors, window treatments, wall coverings, lack of furniture glides for wood floors, lack of scratch covers on the bottom of furniture decor, cabinet mounted appliances, and household accessories.
Magnolia & Marble will not be liable for scratches or stains on hard or soft surfaces, as we take great care in ensuring that the products we use do not have the potential to cause such damage.
Magnolia & Marble will not be liable for damage that is not reported within 24-hours of your last cleaning. We will not accept liability for damages directly or indirectly caused by non-standard company products and equipment requested to be used.
Getting Started
No, we don't require long-term contracts. You can schedule a one-time cleaning or set up recurring service that you can adjust or cancel (with appropriate notice) as your needs change.
To help us provide the best service, we appreciate when surfaces and floors are generally clear before our arrival. While our team takes care of light pickup as we clean, having things tidied away lets us focus on making your home shine. For your first visit, a short list of any special instructions or priority areas is always helpful. Please also be sure we have clear instructions for entering your home.
Typically, we can schedule new clients within 1-3 days, though this varies by season and demand. If you need more urgent service, please contact us directly as we try to accommodate emergencies when possible.

While our careful professionals rarely have incidents, we maintain comprehensive insurance coverage. If you notice any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of your service, and our customer care team will address the situation promptly and professionally.
