Offer valid for new recurring clients within our service area.
Applies to homes under 3,000 sq ft. Homes ≥3,000 sq ft require a custom quote and are not eligible for this promotion.
50% off applies to your first standard recurring cleaning visit only. The discount does not apply to deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, inside appliances, or other specialty/add-on services unless agreed in writing.
Minimum Service Commitment
4) By redeeming this offer, you agree to schedule and complete three (3) additional recurring visits (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) at Magnolia & Marble’s then-current regular rate for your home size (“Minimum Commitment”).
Early Cancellation / Failure to Complete Commitment
5) If you cancel recurring service or fail to complete the three (3) additional visits after receiving the discounted first visit, the promotional discount is reversed. You authorize Magnolia & Marble to charge the remaining 50% of the first visit at your regular recurring rate to the payment method on file.
6) If the first visit was performed at a scope/condition requiring one-time pricing (e.g., heavy buildup), Magnolia & Marble may instead reprice the first visit at our then-current standard one-time rate for your home size and charge the difference between that rate and the amount you paid.
Example: Regular recurring price = $220 → you paid $110 under the promo. If you end service early, we charge the remaining $110. If the visit required one-time pricing at $260, we may charge $150 (260–110).
Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Show (uses your uncapped policy)
7) Reschedule/cancel ≥24h: no fee, subject to availability.
8) 6–24h: 50% of the scheduled visit price (minimum $125).
9) <6h, lock-out, or no-show: 100% of the scheduled visit price.
(Fees do not count toward the three-visit minimum.)
Payment Authorization
10) A valid card is required to book. You authorize charges for: (i) the discounted first visit; (ii) subsequent recurring visits; (iii) approved add-ons; (iv) discount reversal/difference per §§5–6; and (v) late-cancel/no-show fees per §7–9. Itemized receipts are emailed.
Standard Recurring Scope
11) Includes routine upkeep: general dusting; wipe-downs of kitchen/bath surfaces; exterior of appliances; floors vacuumed/mopped; basic tidy of accessible surfaces.
12) Excludes unless added as upgrades: interior appliances; interior cabinets/drawers; blinds; detailed fixtures/chandeliers; grout restoration; heavy build-up remediation; post-construction dust protocols. Safety limits apply (step-ladder only; no hazardous materials).
Home Readiness & Requote
13) Utilities on; surfaces reasonably accessible; pets secured. If the home exceeds 3,000 sq ft or condition materially differs from standard scope, we’ll requote before work; the promo may not apply.
Satisfaction
14) If something within scope was missed, contact us within 24 hours with photos; we’ll return to address it at no additional labor charge.
Miscellaneous
15) One per household, not combinable, limited availability. Magnolia & Marble may modify or end the offer at any time for new redemptions; changes don’t affect already-confirmed redemptions. Governed by Texas law.
